Delivery Policy

At Starvmount, we aim to ship orders promptly and reliably, using fully tracked and insured services.

Dispatch and Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail or DHL, with local carriers used once customs clearance is completed (where applicable).

Royal Mail: Orders placed before 11 am (UK time), Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to successful carrier collection.
DHL: Orders are collected on the next working day after purchase. For urgent DHL shipments, please factor in this lead time.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but final dispatch timing depends on carrier schedules and order volume.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and chosen shipping service:

UK orders via Royal Mail are sent using either Tracked 24 (next working day aim) or Tracked 48 (two working day aim).
International orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, though customs or courier delays may extend this.

Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Starvmount cannot guarantee against delays once an order is in the courier network.

Tracking and Insurance

All shipments are tracked, signed for, and insured.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, please allow up to 15 working days before we can open a case with the courier.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. Starvmount cannot take responsibility for parcels that are marked as delivered by the courier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated:

You are responsible for paying any local duties, taxes, or customs charges on delivery.
If you refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes and the item is returned to us:
- Any return shipping costs and fees will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is destroyed or abandoned by the courier due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.

*FREE UK Delivery for orders over £100

Free UK delivery is available to UK retail customers on orders over £100, excluding shipping charges and after any discounts have been applied. The order value threshold is calculated including VAT.

The free delivery service is comparable to Royal Mail Tracked 48, although we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier or service where appropriate.

This offer is not available to trade, wholesale or distributor accounts, where separate shipping rates apply.
