Warranty Policy

Starvmount’s warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (“the Product”) are confined to the terms set forth in this document. Starvmount warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). Should a defect arise and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Starvmount may either repair the Product or replace it with a functionally equivalent new product.

Repaired or replacement products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. In the case of a product exchange, the replacement product becomes your property, and the original Product becomes the property of Starvmount. Similarly, when a refund is issued, the Product becomes Starvmount property.

Starvmount products are provided "as-is," with no warranty regarding compatibility with current or future versions of Starlink™ products. These products are intended for installation by telecommunications professionals or users with similar technical experience. Starvmount is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of its products.

This warranty does not cover any non-Starvmount product, even if sold or packaged with the Product. The warranty does not cover scratching, fair usage damage, or any damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product. It applies only under normal usage, consistent with any provided written instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive, superseding all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, express, or implied. Starvmount expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, such warranties are limited in duration to the warranty period. No Starvmount reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starvmount is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, including, but not limited to, replacement costs of personal property.

For consumers with the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their purchase or residence country that cannot be waived as set above, this warranty is in addition to all rights and remedies provided by such laws. Where liability under consumer laws can be limited, Starvmount's liability is limited, at its discretion, to product repair or replacement.
