Customers may arrange for a 'change of mind' return within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return, please submit your request with the original order number and reason for return to [email protected]. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned item(s). Please note, Starvmount does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will send an email confirmation and process a refund to your original payment method. This process may take up to two weeks to reflect on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items not received.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including custom products made to order.
United Kingdom / European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if the product is shipped to a United Kingdom or European Union address, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

For an exchange, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s). If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
