Dispatch and Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse via DHL or Royal Mail, with local carriers used once customs clearance is completed.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Please consider this when selecting an express shipping option.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates depend on your location. After dispatch, we aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We cannot guarantee parcels will not experience delays within the courier network.

Tracking and Insurance

After dispatch, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.

  • All shipments are tracked, signed for, and insured.
  • In the event of delays or potential loss, please allow up to 15 working days before we can open a case with the courier.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure the shipping address provided is reliable, as Starvmount cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen orders once marked as delivered by the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for paying any duties or local taxes imposed at delivery.

  • If you choose to refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
    • Any return shipping costs and fees incurred by Starvmount will be deducted from your refund, as outlined in our return policy.
    • If the item is destroyed or abandoned by the courier, no refund will be issued.
