Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse via DHL or Royal Mail, which may utilise a local carrier once customs clearance is completed.

Shipping timeframes depend on your location. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. If you place an order on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday. Please keep this in mind when selecting an express shipping option.

Following dispatch, we aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please note that the delivery timeframes provided here and at checkout are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that parcels will not encounter delays within the courier network.

After placing your order, you will receive shipping details via email, including a tracking link to monitor your order’s status.

All shipments are tracked/signed and insured. In the event of a delay or potential loss, please allow up to 15 working days before we can open a case with courier.

We strongly recommend dispatching to a reliable address, as Starvmount cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen orders.

Unless stated otherwise, you will be liable for any duties or local taxes upon delivery.
