Customers may arrange for a 'change of mind' return within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return, please submit your request with the original order number and reason for return to [email protected]. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned item(s). Starvmount does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will send an email confirmation and process a "Refund" to your original payment method. This process may take up to two weeks to reflect on your statement.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items not received.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.

For an Exchange or Warranty contact us with details of the issue so we provide support. Following confirmation of return request, return the original item, and once the return is accpeted, place a separate order for the new item. Your original order will be refunded on reciept of original item in accordance with this policy. 

Certain items are ineligible for return, including custom products made to order.

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s). If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In all cases shipping costs are non-refundable for shipped orders. Changes in exchange rates may result in refund amount differring from orignal order value. All refunds not linked to an exchange are subject to processing fee deduction coverring the costs of payment processing fees which are non-refunable. Final refund amount will be confirmed at point of return via Credit Memo email. 

In addition to the above, if the product is shipped to a United Kingdom or European Union address, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
