MagPad - Mounting Base for Magnetic Installations
The Starvmount™ MagPad White creates a practical magnetic fixing surface where the Starvmount™ Mini Mount cannot be attached directly. It is manufactured from mild steel with a white powder-coated finish, making it suitable for installations where a lighter coloured mounting plate is preferred.
Designed around Starvmount’s magnetic foot system, the plate gives the Mini Mount a secure steel interface on GRP, fibreglass, aluminium, timber and other non-magnetic materials. This makes it useful for vehicle, marine, campervan, roof rack and off-grid installations where the existing surface will not accept magnets.
The MagPad White can be bonded into position or secured using mechanical fixings, depending on the installation surface and required level of security. An integrated tether point is included so a physical restraint can be added when the mount is used in exposed, mobile or higher-risk locations.
Use it as a permanent mounting base or as part of a more modular installation where a clean, reliable magnetic contact point is required.

Important Notes:
- The MagPad White is a mounting interface only. The Starvmount™ Mini Mount and magnetic feet are supplied separately
- Use a tether when installed on vehicles, vessels or in exposed outdoor environments
- Mechanical fixing is recommended where the highest level of retention is required
