Return Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Customers may arrange for a "change of mind" return within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return, please submit your request with the original order number and reason for return to [email protected]. We will provide instructions on where to send the returned item(s).

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For international returns, any duties or local taxes already paid are non-refundable.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Unpaid Duties or Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused at delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, resulting in its return to Starvmount, any return shipping costs and additional courier fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. If the item is destroyed or abandoned by the courier, no refund will be issued.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will send an email confirmation and process a refund to your original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days after inspection.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items not received.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away at [email protected] so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges for Alternative or Warranty

For an exchange or warranty-related return, please contact us with details of the issue. Once we confirm your request:

1. Return the original item to us.
2. Upon receipt and acceptance of the return, your original order will be refunded in accordance with this policy.
3. Place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including custom products made to order.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s). If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Refund Amounts: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under the 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds will not include any duties or taxes paid to local authorities. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may cause the refund amount to differ from the original purchase amount.
• Processing Fee Deduction: Refunds not linked to an exchange are subject to a deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Starvmount. This deduction will be confirmed in the Credit Memo email upon return processing.

United Kingdom / European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to the above, customers shipping to a United Kingdom or European Union address have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

• How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel: To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
• Refunds Under the Cooling-Off Period: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. A refund will include the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
