To activate your one-year (1) warranty, the original purchaser must register the product within 30 days of purchase. Registration can be completed by filling out the warranty registration form. Failure to register within 30 days will result in a limited warranty period of ninety (90) days from purchase date. Please complete the form for each product purchased.
